Lodovico Forni was an Italian poet. Antonio Caldara used one libretto by Lodovico Forni which Bernardo Sandrinelli edited: Maddalena ai piedi di Cristo, so he was at least active in the second half of the 17th century, possibly also in the first half of the 18th century.
