La Molinara, also called L'amor contrastato is an opera by Giovanni Paisiello, after a libretto by Giuseppe Palomba.[2]. There seem to be different versions: The one from Parma[1], Teatro di Corte 1791 does not have the "Nel cor più non mi sento" at all. That such a popular piece would be cut is unlikely, so this would validate future research. The one from Naples, Teatro di Fiorentini 1789[3], does, as well as the 1810 libretto from La Scala[4]. Unfortunately, the manuscript from Naples 1789 Naples does not list the cast. Different sources are required.
