The first variable uses Template:Flagicon, so it can take the following values:
Argentina Brazil Catalonia China France German Italy Japan Mexico Poland Portugal Spain Russia Turkey UK Ukraine USA
The second variable is meant for the language designation. This field can be empty. This could for example be "Piedmontese dialect" or "Ancient Italian".
The third variable is meant for the actual text of the libretto. Example:

After the last translation, it is important to close the row by

so the next section returns to the left of the page.
